Scope & services

A multi-residential scheme on a large, narrow-fronted site over two basement levels, with complex loading via an adjoining property and significant statutory approvals to coordinate. Method Arch is leading the design management workstream and structuring minor-works contracts for the display suite, demolition, contaminated-soil disposal and sewer diversion in parallel with the main design program.

The authority matrix — DTP, Boroondara, DEECA, VicRoads, Yarra Trams, Yarra Valley Water and Citipower — is being established early, so statutory dependencies do not fall onto the construction critical path. Anniversary Trail approvals and flood modelling are progressing in parallel.
